Wrexham Gingerbread was once considered to be one of the best gingerbreads in the UK due to its intense ginger flavour. It held a royal warrant to supply Queen Victoria and the recipe is believed to date back to around 1828.
This postcard features St Giles Parish Church and is my interpretation of how a box of Wrexham Gingerbread might have looked.
The back of the postcard features some fun facts about the history of Wrexham Gingerbread.
Printed in the UK on 350gsm uncoated card.
A6 size postcard.
